I have been to many gyms in the area and Carlson Gracie is one of the best BJJ gyms in the area. The jiujitsu is structured relies on balance pressure and sound technique Brian and Ryan are excellent coaches. They break the submission/defense/position into steps. Every step has a purpose and a reasoning. That may sound like a little thing but you won’t find that in many jiujitsu programs.
